Data controller
For data you provide as a manager or participant, Go Race Live is the data controller. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@gorace.live.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your account and associated personal data.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g. location during a race).
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@gorace.live from the address associated with your account, or use the in-app "Delete my account" button on the Profile screen. We respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process data outside the EEA. When that happens, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
